If you haven't done so already I would drain all hydraulic fluid after it is warmed up a little. Change any filters and refill with industrial grade fluid. I have had similar problem with my old backhoe when I used cheap fluid and filters. Hope this helps you. Thank you

What causes a mini excavator (Yanmar B27) on rubber tracks to shudder and shake ( bunny hops) when first moving forward or reverse? Would worn track rollers produce this effect? Thx

probably not--This sounds like uneven pressure from the hydraulic pump or problems with the drive motors. Check that the hydraulic oil filter is in good condition (not blocked) and have the pressure in the hydraulics checked.. Have the hydraulic controls checked for correct operation. (if electric controls check for voltage problems to the solenoids and if manual check for control valve problems)

Kobelco sr135 excavator won't slew right or left.

You have an hydraulic problem in most likeyhood. Check the fluid level, check the lines. I don't know exactly what a Kobelco is, but anytime a contractors piece of machinery won't slew right or left it has been a hydraulic fluid problem.

Running Eatons 700-011 hydrostatic transmission in Walker Ride-on Mower. Lose drive pressure and steering on one side when unit has been operating for 30 mins or so. Oil levels ok.

Hydraulic pressure regulator for that side could be going bad. Fluid pressure is being bypass from that circuit causing hydraulic pressure loss in drive and steering.

I have a 7-41 I.R. compressor. Recently serviced with 1200 hrs done. It now only runs for about 20 mins before shutting down. After 15 mins she starts again. I have tried bypassing water temp sender and...

make sure the cooler(s) are clean. Next check the airend discharge temperature switch commonly called a HAT (High Air Temp) switch. These switches will reset as the compressor cools down. I would be able to access the switch quickly. Run unit until shutdown remove wires and see if switch is open. if open you found your problem

Possible problem of slow movement of Hydraulic cylinder and Travel of Komatsu excavator

hi, have u checked ur fluid and filter, if so u need to check the pressure.
u can buy a normal guage and and get a bit of pipe made up to suit ur job.
you might be able to get away by increasing the spool valve. but if ran low on hydraulic then it is a new pump.
