By cylinder I take it you mean the piston, and if so you will probably need to replace the piston along with the chamber, it has probably scored the inside when it twisted or when you try and remove it. What I would do it remove the chamber with the cylinder and try and hit on one edge or the other to straighten it and then remove the broken part. You can download a breakdown for this tool at "" Let me know if you need more assistance.

I cannot remove the gray cylinder sleeve on my Moen faucet, so cannot get to the cartridge to replace it Any ideas on how to remove the sleeve?

It just pulls straight out by hand. If you used pliers, you may have cocked it. Remove the plate and try again. If it is cocked, use a flat screwdriver to square it back up, then pull STRAIGHT back.

What would cause oil to get into the combustion chamber

Had same problem. Likely if you smell the oil dipstick you\'ll smell gas and it will be thin from gas getting pushed passed piston ring into crank case. Drain oil and flush out crank case with fresh oil. Then add new oil. To fix fuel pressure. Install or make sure fuel filter is installed in series in fuel line. Locate a 2 inch stretch of straight fuel line. You will cut it clean here. Go to hardware or power outdoor store and buy a generic fuel or gas cock (shut off valve). Install the this valve in the fuel line. Now fill tank with gas with the fuel valve off. When, and only when you are ready to turn the key, turn the gas cock on. Turn key, start up and use machine. Now the next important thing is do not turn off the key BEFORE you turn off the gas cock. Turn off the gas cock and let the engine run out of gas naturally. This is how you will operate the machine from now on. Gas cock on, start, gas cock off, run out of gas, turn off key. This is the repair method from Briggs and Stratton and Koehler. This was the answer I got. And it works. If you inspect new machines or generators today, there are gas cocks on them now! Power washers too. Good luck!

Have a winchester 1906 pump .22lr, when the bolt is pumped back to cock the hammer, the hammer falls as the bolt is going back to battery. Now if I pull the hammer back to cock and then run the bolt the...

The cocking mechanism is not pushing the bolt back far enough to reach the purchase point of the hammer. I do not know if that model has any way to adjust the range of bolt travel, but it could likely be worn metal just barely falling short of the mark.

Can you find any noticable play in any parts between the cocking mechanism and the bolt?

Have you tried pushing the bolt itself back (inserting something in front of the bolt and push back) to see if you can make the hammer catch in that manner, to narrow the problem down to just the cocking mechanism?

You may need to have a reputable gunsmith look at it, which would also be much safer than trying to repair it yourself, as well as safer than trying to use it while in this unreliable state. If the hammer toches a round just a little too hard before locked in fully chambered position, you could blow out the extractor pin or even worse, as I'm sure you could imagine.

How do I unjam a double cocked nerf diatron

1. Make sure that there are two disks loaded in the launcher. They must be pressing against the pressure switch at the top of the chamber. 2. Use a screwdriver to push in the T-shaped switch that would normally be triggered when the priming lever is closed. When both switches are activated, the trigger should be unlocked, allowing you to fire and to release the priming lever.

When I connect the cylinder to the gun all the gas escapes, can you help

The easiest and most likely solution is that you don't have the marker cocked. If you haven't done this, try cocking the marker and then screwing on your gas.
