By cylinder I take it you mean the piston, and if so you will probably need to replace the piston along with the chamber, it has probably scored the inside when it twisted or when you try and remove it. What I would do it remove the chamber with the cylinder and try and hit on one edge or the other to straighten it and then remove the broken part.
