Question about DISH Network 721 DVR Remote Control
Hi, my name is Cheri Torres and I am with DISH Network Customer Service. I came across your post recently and wanted to see if I could help. It sounds like your remote may need to be readdressed to your receiver and TV in order to control all other functions. In order to readdress the remote to your TV I would need the model number of the remote and the brand name of the TV. The model number of the remote should be located on the back of the remote at the top usually a two to three digit number with a decimal point. I will list here for you the instructions for addressing your remote to your DISH Network receiver box. If these instructions do not work for you and your remote is still only controlling the power on/off of the receiver you are going to need a replacement remote. If this is the case or if you need the instructions for addressing your remote to your TV please feel free to email me directly at Cheri.Torres@Dishnetwork.com and I would be happy to help further.
