Usually the top vent front panel is held in by two screws and or clips, Get those off and the bottom of this peace should un hook, unless there are screws there also. if you can get this far, the rest will be obvious.

I'm getting error code AM71 UI75 EEKGO-097 on my kitchenaid stove. The oven is not turning off unless I unplug. Please help.

I'm not sure exactly what that error code means, but being a technician I can tell you the control board and the oven sensor need to be replaced. The control board simply because it tells the oven what to do and when to do it, the sensor because its a rule of thumb because the two work hand in hand and because its a cheap part and with the situation has more than likely taken damage of some sort.

F 2 is on display and it keeps beeping-Frigidaire self cleaning oven

Hi

Error F2 appears when there is something wrong with the keypad. Check that the keypad is firmly connected with the control board, then press Cancel, if error appears then you'll need to check the keypad. To resolve this issue disconnect the power to stove. Now gain access to the back of the clock (electronic range control or ERC). Now unplug the touch pad ribbon connector from the ERC, it would be a flat wire approx. 1 1/2" to 2" wide. Make sure that the cable is not cut and nothing is shorted on the keypad. Turn power back on to stove and observe. If the error is still there then you would need to replace the board. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

My oven gives error code f2e1, how do i solve it

F2 E1 means that the keypad cable is unplugged.
Gain access to the control panel and keypad. Check keypad connector for firm connections. Keypad connects to the control board. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 seconds, the keypad needs to be replaced. If your control board and keypad are incorporated as one unit, then the control board needs to be replaced.

Hi, F5 means your control board may have suffered a fatal error. Unplug the unit for 30 seconds, when the power is re-applied if the error comes back you will need to replace the control board (ERC). Mike

F5 Board failure Replace control board (also called ERC or clock).

Electric surge turned off the clock, oven but the stove top works

The clock and display are leds, right. If you can remove the panel where the board is and gain access to the back of it, look for a fuse, similar to a car fuse. The elements are controlled by manual independent switches, that's why they are working. If there is no fuse, or its still good, look for a burnt wire of some sort back there, as you said a power surge went through it.
