Disconnect the base from power for fife minutes, will reset and couple the phone back.

Try to bring the handset near to the base station and reconnect to that base because probably there's some interference on the place where the handset it located that why it cannot find the base station , try also putting your base station on a place where no other wireless device is operating..

You need to reconnect this phone with the "base". If more than one charger came with this set, only one of them is the base. This would be the one connected to the phone line.

Please place it back in the charger that is the base or home unit.
