Question about Epson Stylus Photo R300 InkJet Printer
Replaced black ink cartridge and after that had no ink level readings, said all empty. i had 2 generic cartridges so i replaced them with originals. red ink light is continually on . i also took out all cartridges and inserted them again with no luck. carriage also doesn't move back to correct position
hope you can help Chery
If its not recognizing the branded and generic cartridges it means that you are having a problem with the printhead of your printer. If product is within warranty call manufacturer for replacement. If not, suggesting buying a new one instead because printhead replacement is quite expensive.
