Please check your PC for any errors or virus in the system as the server might reject if there are systems logging in with malwares.
use a good anti virus and scan, Also to confirm try and log in from a friend's PC. If this works then the PC is having errors in the OS.

    I'm logged into facebook on my phone... when I came home today and tried to log into it on the desktop, I get this error message... i've, cleaned and cleared everything even restored the system, and still I get : Error -101 when loading urlhttps://www.facebook.com/
