Conair Champion Hair clipper

I can't find my instruction manual, and my clippers do not seem to be giving me an even cut. Is there a way to adjust it? Or is it in need of oil? How often should it be oiled? and How do I oil it? My lube oil that came with the set is empty. What kind of oil can I use?

My conair is dead. I can't even take it apart to have a look what's happening inside. I have no clue how to take off the cover .

My clippers turn on and the blades are aligned and oiled, but it's not cutting at all! What could be wrong?

How to adjust the power setting adjustment screw on a conair model hc200b hair clippers

The power setting adjustment screw on the Conair Model HC200B hair clippers is typically located on the side of the clipper near the on/off switch. To adjust the power setting, you will need to locate the screw and use a small screwdriver to turn it.
Here are the general steps to adjust the power setting on your Conair Model HC200B hair clippers:
  1. Locate the power setting adjustment screw on the side of the clipper near the on/off switch.
  2. Use a small screwdriver to turn the screw clockwise to increase the power setting or counterclockwise to decrease the power setting.
  3. Turn on the clippers and test the power setting by cutting a small section of hair.
  4. If the power setting is not to your liking, adjust it again with the screwdriver until you achieve the desired power setting.
It's worth noting that the power setting is usually a small screw and turning it too much can damage the internal machinery of the clipper, so it's best to make small adjustments at a time. And ensure the clipper is unplugged before making any adjustments.

Oster fast feeds snagging clients. how do I remedy the problem?

Hello, Albert -

Clarification: You are asking about an Oster brand Fast-Feed hair clipper. Apparently when you use it on hair cutting clients, the clipper "clips" their skin.

If I am correct in my guess, then . . .

I have found some reviews of the hair clippers which mention the clipper guard combs, which come with the clippers , which may cause problems.

These are links to 2 reviews:
https://www.myhairclippers.com/oster-fast-feed-adjustable-pivot-motor-clipper-review/
and
https://choicebarber.com/oster-fast-feed-review-2017/

The second review includes a recommendation to purchase other clipper guards to use instead of those which come with the hair clipper.

Some of the "clipping" problems may be user error (you), too. You may wish to find and watch some instructive videos. To find such videos, use your favorite search engine (Google, Bing, Yahoo Search, etc.) and the following search phrase, using quotation marks as shown:

Best wishes.

Conair hair clippers repair

It could be the switch is shorting out or the cord is. If it doesn't cut off when you move the cord it is prob the switch.

How do I reduce my clipper's rattling noise and still be able to cut properly?

The power screw is the correct way to adjust the problem you describe. If you have attempted to adjust it as instructed in the user manual and have not had satisfactory results, there may be a problem with the clippers.
