-Push number 0 for 4 seconds and without release 0 button push green buttun (big green copy button) until appear a window with a password request, insert right password (on my machine is 6789) and give the ok.
Push the botton with a little key’s image.
Select Setup System
Select Common Setup
Maintenance (servicing) and diagnosis
In CHAIN WRK insert 762-315 and confirm
When appear a numver in value field otherwise than 0 (ex. 3)
In New Value inser 0 and save

Try replacing the Xerographic Module, if that doesnt work then the donor roll in the developer housing is bad.
