When I create a word document and want to fax it from my computer, via my HP Officejet 6310 all-in-one, the HP starts to scan, thereby creating a blank page that is then added to my document being sent. So, if it is a single page document, with cover letter, the receiver gets the cover page; the document and a single blank page. Was on chat with HP and they said it is not an HP problem, but a Word problem! Any help out there!!!
Hi, i would like to know if you have an HP officejet 6300 fax icon???if you have try to print the document using the fax icon DO NOT used the normal HP officejet series icon.if you did used the fax icon it will display the FAX dialog box,input the necessary information needed.just follow the window..
i believe you can now send the fax..
