Itouch cant restore

-   I just got a refurbished iPod touch because  my old iPod touch was not charging up all  the way (this is from Best Buy) so I come home and it works perfectly for one day and because I just got it back I'm using it non stop all day, so I have to charge it. I plug it in and itunes says that there is a update for my iPod I click yes to install it and all of a sudden it says that an error has occurred and my iPod needs to be restored. So I go through the restore this but in the beginning I get this message saying there was ANOTHER error (14), so I click ok and then it tells my to RESTORE AGAIN!! so, while I'm still being patient I go to click restore again but this time it says that I have to restore then it will install the update! I TRY THIS OVER AND OVER BUT IT JUST GOES IN A FREAKING CIRCLE!! IM PISSED BECAUSE THIS SHOULD WORK FREAKING PERFECTLY.. alright well if anyone can help me please do..-   madhattr1994

-   I also got the same problem. My iTouch got frozen. Then I tried to restore through i Tunes and it gave a message that an ubknown error (6) occurred.
The Itouch shouchs a graphic of the usb cable and the itunes symbol.
I tried to get the answer from apple technical support, but I think it's easier to get in touch with the Pope than reach them. -   Guest

-   mine just sits there all day with a loding bar that is complete on my computer there is a messege that says waiting for ipod -   redskull345
