Go into settings depending if it's an Android or iPhone it is different I would recommend if you're not a professional or geek like or need to go to a store to show you the proper way in your settings to change your physical address

Once an xbox live account has been created, you cant reset it, without knowing the Log in and password.

It looks like he is still stuck on creating the account though.

Best thing to do is create a new hotmail/windows live account on separate computer, like your home PC.

Once you have created the new account, try rebooting and setup your xbox live account again, but this time enter the new user name and password of your new hotmail account.

This should work and you can continue through the rest of the process.

If it doesnt work and you have already activated the account with the old email address, you will need to speak to Microsoft customer services, to reset your account.

After logging in to Facebook using your old email address ([email protected]), go to Account -> Account Settings.

Now change your email address to [email protected].

To open NAT on this router your computer needs to have a static ip address.Enter the ip address of your router in the address bar of your browser. You should see a box prompting you for your username and password. Enter your username and password now.Click the Expert Mode link near the left side of the page.
Click the Yes, enter expert mode button near the center of the page.
The menu on the left should change. In this new menu, click Configure.
You should now see a new menu. In this new menu, click NAT.
Put a dot into the Port Forwarding: Range of Ports radio button.
Service name enter as Xboxlive.port 3074-3074 in global port range and 3074 in Base host port,click TCP as protocol,similarly use the same for UDP and port 88 in UDP.
Click the Enable button.
And that is it! You are done!
