Open your excel sheet - goto file - save as - type file name - save as type DBF 3 (DBASEIII) - close excel and try opening file from within foxpro

You can import the Foxpro file after you've used the DataConnection Wizard. You'll find this under the Data tab in Excel 2007 - under Get External Data section and click on From Other Sources

Dbf file fix

Sounds like a corrupt FAT table.

Try backing up the entire drive (on a sector by sector rather than file basis if you can, i.e.: an immage backup) and then try running scan disk.
Check below link it will be helpful to you

How do I convert a .qrp file into something I can open in Excel?

My advice would be to use a program like SmartQRP to select the data you need and not loose the format of the file.

oAccess.CurrentDb.TableDefs.append( newtable)
dbc2Convert = "\\tpdfiles\data\dfreeman\tip\data\rta\rta"
open database (dbc2convert)

dbgetprop(rta,"table",)

After it runs you will need to close the MDB and reopen it.
