Hey Carla!

Step1: Make sure you have power. If you're not plugged in, the battery might need to be charged. If you're plugged in, unplug everything from the wall and the computer. Make sure the outlets work, count to 10, and plug everything back in.

Once you have power, please describe what happens. Is any sort of message displayed?

I have a phone modem ( arris emta) , my internet was disconnected and i had to reregister to get back on line by unplugging the ethernet cable from my router straight to the modem in order for my computer...

Make sure that your computer is able to go online directly through the modem.
If your computer is able to go online through the modem, that means the modem is working fine.
You will need to connect the computer to the router and the modem to the router.
open the set up page of the router and change the settings of the router according to the ISP.

Messenger disconnected and says I've signed in on a different com

This particular problem in yahoo messenger just like other online services is happening for security reasons. Always remember that an account must only be open at once in any computer in the world that's connected to the internet. To avoid this problem, simply read the following:
* If you use computer somewhere else make sure that you logout your account. Do not just simply exit or close it.
* In your own PC, if you use more than one browser, just make sure that you logout on the first browser before opening to the other one as Mozilla and Explorer.
* If this tips do not work try looking for other solutions online.
I hope this solution help you solving your problem.

How to you get your printer online to print

So, tell me, have you ever gone to print something out and you can't do it because you get an error message that says "Printer Offline?" It happens to the best of us, but that doesn't make it any less annoying! So, what can you do when this happens? Luckily, you have a few options you can try when you need to get your printer back "online." Would you like to hear about them? I thought you might. Well, keep reading and you will!
The first thing you should try is simply turning your printer off, wait a minute or so and then turn it back on. That may fix your problem right then and there. If not, try disconnecting the cable that hooks into your computer and then reconnect it. After you do that, you'll also want to restart your computer to make sure everything lines back up. If you're still having trouble after that, try sending something to your printer to print and when you see the printer icon pop up in your taskbar, double click on it. Then go to the File menu and make sure the option of "Work Offline" is unchecked.
Another thing you can try is right clicking on that printer icon and clicking the choice that says "Set printer online." Or, if all else fails, there may be an actual button on your printer that can help you get it connected again. If your printer has one, it will say something like "Online" and you can press that button to reconnect your printer so that it will print once again. Now, all printers are different, so don't hold me to that, but if your printer does have that button, it's an easy fix for this type of problem. Hopefully your printer situation can be fixed with one of these suggestions, but if not, you can always refer to your user manual or contact the manufacturer for additional help. Good luck, my printing friends!

My washer wont run in the hot water cycle

Sounds to me like your water valves in the back are going bad, just had it happen on mine the other day, I bought one online for like 15.00 that was new solinoid valves for both hot and cold water. took about an hour to install with no instructions (take the old one out, new one hooks up the same way) or call the washer repair people.

Disconnected from Internet

Your router might be worn down or installed wrong. I have had the same problem before, its very annoying. Try re-installing it or using another computer to make sure its the router. Also turn off all firewalls and try going online then. Another possibility is your web browser.

Connection problem

if it's going offline, then it's losing the signal, or is recieving a low signal, it should be at 54mbps but when it gets below around 24mbps, it will disconnect and look for a stronger connection in your area, or disconnect from the net altogether.

Put your router in a higher and better line of sight to your adapter, walls and floors can block the signal and check that it's not your router that is losing the connection.
