Remove the batter.
reconnect to your computer after you have rebooted your computer.
remember to not disconnect the camera until you click on the remove hardware icon and have determined that it is ok to safely remove the device. otherwise you can corrupt your device.
if things do not return to normal after you have done a complete reset, you need service from a qualified repair station.
