Question about Acer Aspire 3100-1405 Notebook
I bought this laptop almost 2 years ago and the "2.0 USB" on the left side broke. There's 2 USB slots on the back that have never worked since the day I bought the thing. How do I get them to work? I've tried updating the drivers & installing all OS & drivers again. I even downgraded the OS to see if it would find it to no avail. What do I do? They can't be broke since like I said, I have never used them.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
