What is the email address for Microtel coplaint dept.

If you are sure that your username/email address is typed in correctly simply call 310-SURF and get to the technical dept. Once there they may be able to confirm your password or at the very least change it to something else.

Shark has no service dept or customer service. They do not make repair parts. Sharks are true disposable machines.

If your machine has universal send feature installed you will need the following items

email server address i.e mail.bellsouth.net (for bellsouth dsl customers)
you may also have internal mail server, ck with IT dept to see if applicable

whether your email server requires authentication or not if so you will need login and password so email will pass from machine to server then routed to destination

settings are available and easily programmed thru the RUI (remote user interface) by typing the IP address in your browser and click on add'l functions scroll down to bottom of the page and look on right column under email and ifax settings. There is the area to input settings.

Once that is set browse to address book to enter scan to email addresses.

All can be done from main control panel also.

Hope this helps, also on the "send" page is where you go to perform the scans not the "scanner" tab. That is also where you can change file formats from tiff, pdf, or jpeg.

Chances are, with a bare bones system that you are describing, that you are not going to find a set of drivers like you want. What you may need to look for is the chipset drivers for the motherboard, particularly if you have on board video and ethernet.

from the looks of it this is a VIA KM266 chipset. with a Relatek RTL8139 network card, and AC97/8233A VIA sound and S3 Savage4-PRO+ 266DDR graphics.

If you search around for those drivers, you will probably have better luck, but be advised, that just because they use this chipset on one system, doesn't mean that they didn't change up to something else. So no guarantees that this is yours chipset, but my guess is that this will get you pretty close
