Mine did that too and after a few days it went black I tried the firmware upgrade and resetting-neither have worked. If you find how to fix it I want to know.

I have a Rubicon V424 Media Player. I looking for power cord for it, how to find and what kind power cord I need?

You need a USB cord that goes into the port to the left of where the micro SD card plugs in. Go to this link and they will send another cord, or you may have one that came with a camera. Make sure the unit is turned on when charging. Select(dark background) the USB charge in the menu that comes up when you plug in the cord.
