Adobe PDF Out of Memory

You cannot copy from Word to any pdf file. You can however convert a Word Document to a pdf document. If you are using Word 2007 you can download some complement to Word from Microsoft. I believe the name of the complement is Save as PDF. Once you install it on the computer, you will have the choice to save as pdf.
Another a;ternative is to download and install some virtual printers such as primoPdf or pdf Creator (there are many others.) the way it works with these virtual printer, is that they install a printer option. When you hit the print button, you will have the choice to select your true (physical) printer, or one of the virtual ones. If a virtual toPdf printer is selected, it will convert the Word document to a pdf file.

When I finish a newsletter on Printmaster Platinum 18.1, I want to save it as a pdf file and when I click on that it says "cannot print file". I don't want to print; I want to save it so I...

When you print to a PDF file, it does not actually print the file, it prints TO A file. You then will be presented a save file as screen and you should select you location for saving files, give it a name and save it. It then is a PDF. If you click on it, it will open in PDF reader. That is how a PDF works.
