Question about Motorola Cell Phones
Specifically for the i560:
from the menu, settings-->advanced-->reset defaults
then, either reset settings or reset all, depending on what you want to do.
unless you changed it, the default security code is 000000 (six zeros). hit ok and it will wipe it.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
