The computer is not the problem, the problem is the phone. you must make sure that the phone is set to enable USB connections, usually when you connect the phone the phone will display a pop-up asking you what you want to do, additionally you could go to the settings option and set the default action for when the USB is connected. what you probably want to do is data mode, which lets the phone act like a USB stick.

Try removing the battery for a few seconds then replace it and attempt to boot up. If that doesn't work try holding the "volume down" button while turning the phone on...either one of them usually works for me..good luck! :)

seems you installed a non conpatible version of the email client. did you download an apk from an extener source and install? I will suggest you uninstall it and reinstall the yahoomail from market.

Samasung galaxy s11 wont bring up usb up top lefthand corner when plugged in

Does that USB port work with other devices? If it does then you need to make sure you have the driver's installed for the Galaxy S2 which you can get from Samsung's website by downloading Samsung Kies and installing that on your computer. After that if it still is not connecting to your computer then you would need to call Samsung Tech Support to make sure the cable/port are working correctly.

Hi I have just read that the program Kies is not very reliable is that right?

my phone is a samsung galaxy s gt i9000, after used last firmware 2.3.4 few days,now it not working any more, tried any way flashed any firmwares form samfirmwares but it still not working just shows on screen logo SAMSUNG GALAXY S GTI9000 only, how can i do now,working hard 2 weeks ago with that problems on my phone......I DO NOT TRUSTED SAMSUNG MADE GOOD PHONE?
