Question about Garden

I ordered a set of brushes( Sterling Edwards) approx. Feb 1/11. Receipt ID 1612-0507-6690-5148. Total $87.95 USD. Paid via VISA, cleared bank Feb 14/11. Brushes have not been received. I have attempted to get this cleared up through PayPan and also through Sterling Edwards, but neither 'has any records.' PayPal has emailed me offering suggestions on how to solve this. But as I have no PayPal account number and do not remember a password, I am 'not recognized' by PayPal, what can I possibly do? Who can I call? Please help! Helena Lee-Gold

1-402-935-2050 customer service number for Pay-Pal and they can usually do it if you have a hint or clue that you left. Wow that is an offal lot to pay for brushes as well,ask us on here next time and remember there are two or three times the amount of crooks than honest people on the web.You have to be careful
