Unfortunately, your model Patio Classics Grill has been discontinued by the manufacturer. However, many manufacturers use the same type burner and those can be used on your grill. All you have to do, is compare your old burner (shape, size & length) to one of theirs. I have included a link to an online grill parts store that stocks hundreds of burners. I am sure you will be able to find one that matches yours there.

Need hinged cooking grate

Apparently, Patio Classic Grill Company, based out of Louisville, KY is no longer in business and OEM parts are hard to come by. I suggest check Weber Charcoal Grill Parts, as they make a similar model and the grill grates may be interchangeable.

Hoe this helps steer you in the right direction. Thanks for choosing FixYa.

I have to replace parts for my patio classic NZ400 4 burner grill. I heard the company went out of business, did anyone purchase the grill division? Is it possible to find replacement parts? I need to...

The original company was sold in 2004 and remained in business out of Louisville, KY until 2007. Then, for whatever reason, they closed their doors and have not been heard from since. Unfortunately, there no replacement parts left around for their gas grill line. If you really want to repair your grill, get the dimensions of the burners & their shape, as well as the dimensions of the 2 racks and do a little research online, at some of the grill parts dealers. Many grill parts are interchangeable from one manufacturer to another.

Here are a couple of places you can start with. http://www.appliancefactoryparts.com/ and

I am looking for the top and bottom grills for the patio classic 6000 grill . thanks for the help.

Check with Lowe's. They carry a large number of generic grates for gas and charcoal grills. However you must have the dimensions of the grates or take the old ones with you to the store to match them up.

Tec grill problem

Hello,

If mositure gets into the ceramic burners, then yes it is time for new ones. Was your grill also converted over to accept the new gas? Or another thing it could be that spiders are clogging the burner orifice.. If you contact a local dealer on Tec gas grills or someone that can service gas grills. Might be able to help you.

Flame on gas grill is too small

From: http://bbq.about.com/cs/replacementparts/a/aa071100a_3.htm

Symptoms and Solutions Low Flame: The grill just doesn't want to heat up. This can be cause by several things. Taking it from the fuel source to the flame, lets start with the burner. Newer propane tanks contain a self regulating feature that will automatically slow down the flow of fuel if it thinks it's too high. This can be solved by turning the tank valve off completely and disconnecting it. Open the control valves (on the grill control panel) and ten close them. Reconnect the fuel tank and slowly turn on the valve. Now light the grill to see if that fixes it. Otherwise check the control valve(s) and venturi tubes for obstruction and alignment. Make sure that the flow of fuel is continuous. Check the burner for clogged gas holes. You can usually see this problem by observing how the grill burns. If there are spots without flame then you probably have a clogged burner.
