Put a tiny bit of CRC226 around it to lube the button. Then CAREFULLY use a scalpel to encourage it to come up. Then put a little more 226 around it.

Behringer Eurodesk-sx2442fx suddenly going into pink noise on main and aux outputs? Muting all channels did nothing. Fixed when powered down and back up. Scared to use it live now.

Behringer products are notorious for odd problems over time and are not well supported by the company. You can attempt to take it to the shop for repair, but honestly i'd just replace it than spend cash on a repair only to wait on the next issue to crop up.

How do I fix channels with no sound

Mute Switch/Mute-Clip LED :
  • This switch mutes all Aux, Group and L/R sends from the corresponding channel.
  • This switch is equipped with a red LED that will illuminate when the channel is muted.
  • When the MUTE button is out,the LED functions as a Clip indicator that will illuminate at 2 dB below clipping.
  • Muting the channel does not prevent the PFL signal from being sent to the PFL/AFL mix when the PFL Switch (12) is in.
  • This switch mutes its respective Group send from the Group channel.

You can also try, Restoring Factory Settings, in the Utility Menu Options.
Go to page 16 in ths link :
Peavey FX Mixer Series Operating Manual

CAUTION:
Restoring the factory settings option resets your mixer's presets, reformatting factory presets and erasing all other user presets. (This option is handy when your venue has permanently changed and all-new presets are required.)
Once confirmed, the presets are not retrievable and will be permanently lost.
Should you select this option in error, a warning screen allows you to cancel the procedure.

Stereo channels of Xenyx 1202 are very very quiet

It sounds as if the input is too low. what happens if you plug whatever is going into the stereo channels into a pair of mono channels. Or are you taking about the phono stereo tape input?
The stereo channels are line level whereas the other channels have both line and mic level inputs, what are you trying to put through the stereo channels? You must make sure the gain switch is set to the -10dB to get the most sensitivity (the mono channels have about -132dB max sensitivity BTW) You probably need a different mixer or possibly a submixer if you are needing more than 4 low level inputs.

I imported a behringer SX3242FX today and it was working fine for about an hour suddenly I felt the digital effect that I selected( Delay ) has lost from the microphones and voices became dry.. Then I...

Is the number on the effects display still flashing? Can you select effects or is that section dead now? I've had occasions with my Behringer mixers where a bad ground or otherwise improper power supply seems to cause issues with the effects section but the board seems otherwise functional. It has definitely had me scratching my head a few times and is worth investigating.

Stereo channels do not collapse to mono.

Unfortunately, behringer is not helpful in most cases.

I suggest selling the unit and buying a better product, like mackie.

Behringer SX3242FX intermittently looses signal to the left main. When it's out, the the level meter indicates signal on the left, but not the right. This is consistent in both mono and stereo inputs....

Make sure you are using BALANCED cables from this... eithe XLR or TRS cables. Using TS unbalnced cables MAY ground out the signal which is sent as balanced. Here is a schematic for the 24 channel unit... yours just has eight more channels. http://elektrotanya.com/behringer_ub2442fx-pro_sm.pdf/download.html
Scroll down to "get manual" and click to download. Ignore other download links.
By looking at the signal paths, you can OFTEN do a lot of testing from the available jacks. If the contacts on the right main INSERT jack go bad, that would cause your problem,,, NEVER use other than an insert cable in these jacks.

Behringer sx3242fx not working .i need circuit diagram .

Behringer will not release schematics unless you are an authorized service agent... however, sometimes you can make do with the few schematics floating around... What is the problem with the unit? They typically use a switching power supply and the schematics of those aree usually similar enough to repair them.

If the master output lights go above green (into yellow) the sound becomes slightly distorted even at low speaker levels. i have cleaned the output jacks but it is still distorted

Does the distortion ALSO appear when you listen with headphones? If not, the problem may be downstream. The driver for the mute control line to the mute transistors may have a problem. Make sure the mute is off.
