Just want to know whether there is a way to get a tape to auto reverse on the dual tape deck, and, what is the "OSD" button on the receiver for? This is an old Denon D-1250 shelf system. Thanks,

OSD = On Screen Display

Auto Reverse is a built-in feature of any tape deck. It would have a button that looks like > for forward and < for reverse; and probably a switch that sets the mode for automatic or manual reversal at end of tape.

Poor picture quality

Hello Paul. I have this same monitor, but rebranded, Access the service menu with the remote control:

With user’s RC
1. Power TV On
2. Press Menu button and call up User OSD Menu
3. Select Sound-> Balance
4. When Balance value is “0”,Enter 0->5->3 ->2 in sequence.
Note: If necessary, re-do number keys.
5. Factory OSD appears.
6. Press the standby button then AC turn off and restart the TV, which can exit factory
OSD menu.

Now you will be able to change the values for Red Green and Blue channels. I also hated this TV, but after adjusting the colors it's looking great! Hope you could fix it too! :)

Fan stopped working

Hmm, it's hard to diagnose your fan's problems without being there in person, though I can tell you there is a great, handy diagnostic article that provides the most common causes for a ceiling fan not to work. Here it is:
