Camera will not come on, it says "turn the power

Hi,
Error: TURN THE POWER OFF AND ON AGAIN is displayed on the LCD screen when the Lens Mechanism is stuck or when affected by any malfunction. If turning the power on and off again does not resolve the error message, try doing a power reset and Initialize option.
Performing a manual power reset
Turn off the camera.
Remove the battery pack.
Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
Allow the camera to remain without power for 60 seconds.
Reinsert the battery pack.
Turn on the camera.
To reset the Camera back to factory default, select the INITIALIZE Option from the Main Settings Menu of the Camera to OK. This will set the user defined settings back to factory default. The images and videos will not get deleted.
If the issue persists, service may be required.

How do you change the time on a Motorola w220, not display the time actually change it without resetting the whole phone?

You don't actually have to reset the whole phone, go to the Menu, click on the "Settings" option, scroll down the options that are there and select "Initial Setup", it is the sixth option on that dropdown list, select it and click on Time and Date option, check whether the "Auto Adjustment" box is checked, if it then remove the tick and then set the time or date as you wish, without setting up the whole phone.!

SONY CYBERSHOT DSC - H3 DIGITAL CAMERA FLASH PROBLEM

Hi Jim,
Have you tried resetting all settings on the camera? On a Sony camera, it is called "initialize". The initialize setting is found by going to the menu, and tabbing down until you find an option called either "reset settings" or "initialize settings" and then confirm it.
Many times that will fix the issue, in case something has either been enabled/disabled on accident, or the software is sticking (which happens from time to time)

(d) Then, select the "Initialize" option OK, OK.
(e) Set the clock if date and time screen appear.
(f) Next, turn off the Camera and remove the Battery pack and press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
(g) Then, reinsert the Battery pack and turn the Camera ON.
