SOURCE: We have a Sigma 8000

Hey there!
According to the manual I have here in the lab, 'FIX 24' means that "User has improperly unloaded the set (lever has remained closed)".

Hope that helps!~

Probably the problem come from a loose screw inside zoom cylinder. Normally it happens due to constant use or vibration.

How to fix an error 99 on a Sigma 24-70 mm lens

The error 99 on your Canon is the last thing the camera can think of, if it really does not know what is wrong.
If you don't have the message when using a different lens, and the error keeps coming back with that lens, you are right it is in the lens. But again the camera can;t find out what.
The only thing you can do is make sure the contacts are clean and shiny and nothing os blocking free movement of all the parts on the lens. If you can't get it working correct, please contact a Certified Sigma service centre.

We have a Sigma 8000 infusion pump that keeps saying fix 4. We don't have an instruction manual so we are not sure what to do.

You directed this question at me even though I can claim no expertise in this area. FixYa tells me that by my posting this "solution" your question will be made available to other experts, one of whom hopefully will be able to answer your question.

Sigma 8000 plus fix 24 error. I know what the error is for but how do you fix it?

Someone pulled out the tubing improperly. First check to see if all the tubing has been removed, and no little pieces have been left behind.
Step 1. Push Options. type code 89 then push enter.
Step 2. (on screen reads Set Bio Options) type code 430 then push enter.
Step 3. (on screen reads Password) type 9250 then push enter.
Step 4. (on screen reads Fix 00 then turns off).
Step 5. Turn on and check for any more errors.

What does the error message "out bin full" means

This error indicates that the sensor that detects when too much paper is stacked in the output bin to allow more paper to exit. This flag sometimes sticks and a quick check is to make sure that nothing has become jammed where the paper exits the printer. Most common cause is the flag getting jammed because someone has remove the paper the wrong way. I have never seen the actual sensor fail.

Broken garden hose adaptor

We have the same pump and problems. I have attempted a few fixes with PVC sealant and hose clamps to the current adaptor, however the adapter is still continuing to crack. The adapter is removable- carefully so as to not damage the small eyelet it attaches to, (or in our case, it came off on it's own) and can be replaced by any adapter that fits- they can be found all over at lowes or home depot. I am personally going to try using a broken hose and clamping it directly to the eyelet. This is not a good reason to buy a new pump- they fix too easy!
