Do not know how to program channels into my scanner. Uniden B350c

The BC350C is a factory programmed scanner, and as such it cannot be user programmed in the tradition way (entering a frequency via the keyboard). What you can do is transfer any frequency that is displayed in the SCAN or SEARCH mode into the PRIVATE bank - and save it for future scans. The best instructions for doing this are in the factory many that you can download and print, at no cost, here:

How do i program my 350a scanner

Your BC350C is a factory pre-programmed scanner, and you cannot program is in the standard manner (e.g., directly entering a frequency via the keyboard). You can, however, transfer any displayed frequency from the SCAN or SEARCH mode into your PRIVATE bank. Clear instructions for doing this are in the factory manual that you can download and print, at no cost, here:

How do you start to program a bct8 800 mz scanner

Programming conventional frequencies into the scanner's PRIVATE bank is simple, but programming trunking systems is a detailed process that will take some research and probably some practice. The best instructions for both types of programming are found in the factory operating manual that you can download and print, at no cost, here:
http://www.uniden.com/pdf/BCT8om.pdf

The BC350 is a pre-programmed scanner. You cannot program it in the usual manner (direct keyboard entry of each frequency), but you can transfer displayed frequencies in the SCAN or SEARCH mode to a PRIVATE bank. How can i program a higher frequency on this scanner

Top end on the 350C is 956MHz, and it won't go any higher, no matter what you do. You may know it already, but the 350C is not capable of "standard" keyboard programming - direct entry of a frequency via the keyboard. Rather, you must locate an active frequency using the SEARCH or SCAN mode, and then transfer it into the PRIVATE bank (bank 7). Detailed instructions for doing this are found in the owners manual which you can download and print, at no cost, here:
http://www.uniden.com/pdf/BC350Com.pdf

How do i program the bc350a scanner

Your scanner does not have a standard keyboard programming function. Rather you must "capture" a frequency in SCAN or SEARCH mode, and then transfer (program) it into the scanner's PRIVATE bank. For detailed instructions on doing this, you can download/print the scanner's operating manual here:

Programming

If its just a normal frequency then select Hold/Resume and press the arrow keys until you find the selected channel, then program in the frequency for example 130.000 you have to make sure the decimal point goes in with the frequency then press (E) then press the arrow key up to go to the next channel and program and repeat steps.
Then select scan you may need to activate the banks so when scanning just press 1,2,3,4,5 so next to the bank icon all 5 should be up.
