Then go to Nextar and look for a update firmware or system patch. These are not the maps but the operating system patches. Usually these replace all the files and routines and fix things like your error. However the patches are not always available until well after a problem shows up. You should also contact Nextar support and see if they can help with either the patch/update or if you need help doing a hard reset:

I recommend a reset. See if your unit has a reset button.. hold the power button for 10 seconds. Switch off and disconnect it from power supply/batteries. Also disconnect any other units connected to it. Leave this disconnected for 30 minutes. All the electric charges stored should drain out.. It should do a soft reset itself, then restart it.
