I have taken my machine to a reputable repair shop I have dealt with
for years. Although they keep getting the timing in, it only
stays in for about 20 minutes. I would like to know how to get
the timing back without having to spend a hundred dollars to do so. It
would be nice to be able to use this machine with all it's fancy
    buttons for a full project.

YES, my machine keeps jumping the timing and so far my only solution is the local repair shop for the best part of $100.00. I would love to know how to fix it before my husband decides to take it apart for a look!!

I have had this machine (Shark Euro Pro model 9110) for over a year. This is the first time I have had trouble with it. It jammed. After I cleared the jam it wouldn't pick up the bobbin thread. I open it up and found that the bobbin wheel isn't picking the top thread. I think the timing is off. Please help.

I had this happen to me a few weeks ago. after much research i was able to find a blow up diagram of my machine which allowed me to fine the timing nut and screws and after watching Youtube tutorials on how to time other brands i was able to implement the same techniques to readjust the timing on my machine.

its really just a matter of not being afraid to tear apart your machine.

I was having the same problem with timing. My Euro-Pro Shark 9110 has a 25 year warranty. I just found the customer service number by calling the 800 number listed on the Shark website. A rep walked me through a process of verifying my timing issue then emailed a UPS shipping label for my machine to go to the company in Canada. They pay the fees for customs and shipping to get it there. The timing issue is under warranty and all I need to provide is my machine and a check for $19.95 for the return shipping fee. They even put in an order to send me a new manual free of charge. Fantastic! After being unable to find someone to repair my machine and being without it for a year and a half already, I'm excited to get it back after the 3-4 week service process. Anyone needing service or repair on their Euro-Pro Shark model should contact the repair number: 800-798-7395

Need a blow up diagram of the timing parts for Shark Intelli-Sew Euro-Pro Model 9110.

I had a timing problem, I believe, and fixed it. But its not yet perfect.....What happened was the top thread was not being caught by the bobbin holder. So when I "sewed", there were no stitches. When I watched the bobbin through the window, the bobbin didnt turn, and thread didnt whiz around the bobbin holder as it should with each stitch. I even made a video to see if there was a timing problem...the needle went down well before the bobbin holder "thread catcher hook" arrived to catch the loop. So I took off the plate underneath the bobbin holder, and adjusted the timing. When you do that you will see a cogwheel that rotates as the bobbin holder rotates. Three alan wrench screws hold it tight to the axle that rotates with the handwheel/footplate. I loosened the alan wrench screws, and then did the following. Hold the needle holder so it doesnt move, and at the same time turn the hand wheel a little. This adjusts the timing of the needle relative to the bobbin turning. then plug the machine in, and see if the bobbin wheel is now catching the thread. Keep adjusting until it does. Then tighten things back up, and VOILA! Im not sure this is the best way to adjust the timing, but it works. My machine went from no stitches at all, to sewing nicely. Its not yet perfect, as it jams every now and then. But that may be because the timing is still a little off, or because the thread is bad, or the tension of the thread is not quite right......working on that still.......

www.sewingpartsonline.com have this part but list it for the Euro Pro Shark 9015

However, you could email them and double check its suitability for your model.

Won't catch bobbin thread

In order to see whether or not my euro-pro 9110 had a timing issue, the service rep had me change out the needle (making sure I was using anything but a Singer brand needle--they do not work in these machines). I re-threaded the needle, took out the bobbin casing and the plastic ring encasing the bobbin, then lowered the needle to see if the hook on the metal ring holding the bobbin actually catches the thread on its own. If it doesn't catch, it's a timing issue and needs repair. They can walk you through this process of troubleshooting and set up repair if need. Call Eruo-Pro's customer service center for sewing machine service and repair at 800-798-7395
