Question about HP DeskJet F380 All-In-One Printer
I'll need a little more detailed information to try and help. Exactly what is it that happens? Is it during print or scan? Is this a new install? How long have you had it? What operating system are you using it with? Is it the same you have been using it with and when did the problem begin? Have you trird cleaning the glass? Is the faceplate (the piece that closes against the glass) broken or marred or in original shape and color (white or light gray)?
