i have this problem to. i think the best way to fix it is to drop the basket in the oil with the lid open, then carefully drop the food directly into the oil, that should cause the batter on the bottom to firm up a bit before resting on the basket. hope that helps.

Hi there:- You mean the products you put into the deep fryer stick to the basket or sunk down to the bottom and stick to the bottom basket. It can be a number of reasons but the most important is the temperature of the oil, it should be 350 degree F or more to do the frying , any temperature below that will be call boiling not frying. Secondly the batter mix ( you should try out and make your own batter mix ) Hope this can help.
