Thes switches are LIKELY "switched dry" meaning they have very little current to burn off oxidation. The usual cure is to use gold plated contacts, but they usually don't due to cost.

You have two choices: replace the switch or if you can get to the switch, try getting some CRC226 into the guts of it. You can get the CRC226 at Home Depot in the electrical department. Blue can about $2.70. Make sure to only use this product as there are other CRC products there.

Wurlitzer C200 organ, volume pedal does not work, the Great keyboard is at full volume. Can't find anything online. Can you help me find information on repairing/replacing the volume pedal?

full volume ??? hum that's funny , as if pedal has broken one would suspect that it would go to lowest volume and stay there , 1st id ck to make sure the "bright" switch is not on or stuck on then id dive into taking the cover off the pedal assembly , for a look around to see if somethings obviously not right in there (hanging springs, swinging levers, etc)

There is no factory recall on my pod xt pro

That's correct, there is no onboard recall. In order to reset, follow the instructions in this link-

Line 6 how do i get it to work

Line 6 connected to AC power and LED showing power to unit. Guitar into effect input, effect output to guitar amp. Does guitar make sound through amp in bypass mode? No then check cables...yes then use foot switch to turn Line 6 effects unit on. Adjust control knobs for desired effect levels/settings.

If pedal provides no effects...off/on switch defective or internal electronics in need of repair.

Why does my XT Live suddenly blast the volume and reset the wah pedal? tried factory reset but still does it! Annoying!

I would FIRST suspect that the power into the unit might have an intermittent connection. It would probably reset everything if the power momentarily breaks. Power jacks are NOTORIOUS for this problem.

Just purchased a new Line 6 HD 400 from the local GC store. Brought it home, powered it up and connected everything as described to play through an amp and there is no sound out put. I went to the website...

I've had both very good and very bad customer service from Line 6 over the years, Personally, Id take it back to GC and have them explain what you need. That way if it's a case of a defective item, they can replace it on the spot,

I have the Boss RC-50 Loopstation. It has been great. Perfect operation for about 8 months. Today, when I started to use it, I noticed that I couldn't select "Phrase 1" by tapping the pedal....

Likely the switch contacts for that pedal have failed. You will probably have to get it repaired. Stomping on the pedals is a good way to damage them, but the switches are often marginally designed anyway...

If you can access the switch you could try getting some CRC226 available at Home Depot in the electrical department into the switch, but often the internal parts of switches fail.

The amp will suddenly change sound adding reverb, slap back and bad distortion. I have to stop playing and turn it of and back one to get it to play corectly. Very frustrating when playing live....

Likelythe connections and or jack for the foot pedal control are making poor contact resulting in triggering these other modes. If not using the foot switch, probablly the problem is poor contact of the switches on the jack.

How to set up with amp and distortion pedal

With everything switched off. I will surmise that you are using the onboard battery with the foot pedal and not a power supply.
1. Plug lead from guitar/instrument into INPUT side of pedal
2. Plug lead from OUTPUT side of pedal into amplifier INPUT.
3. Turn amplifier volume to about 10 o'clock - to stop blowing your ears out.
4. Turn volume up on guitar to acceptable level.
5. press foot switch on pedal and adjust pedal controls to suit your type of distortion.
6. Play like Hendrix.
Good Luck
ps Just as an after thought rechargeable 9volt batteries are the way to go. I've been using them for years as I always get caught up in the power cable.
If you're going to add another pedal like a Phaser, Compressor, Flanger or what just use small connect leads between each pedal but always, always put the compressor pedal last in the line.
