Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
This is symptomatic of a malfunctioning water control valve not closing completely- the hot water one, if the washer is hot and cold fill, and the cold one if it is just cold fill!
Sorry but it needs replacing and a service call to confirm that it is not something else ;-0(
Good luck,
John C

My Duet washer leaks water on every cycle where there is hot water mixed in.

On the upper right back corner there is an overflow sensor. A tube may have come off it or it is defective. If your washer had a bad shaking episode, check to see if the small tube came off the sensor.

Water leaks (drips ) into tub after cycle/spin is complete

You have a bad pressure switch or the small hose connecting to the pressure switch may be bad

If the washer leaks water when is filling only, check the following: 1.Fill hoses
2.The water mixing valve

3.Filling injector ( If your washer uses one )
4.Filling spout

If the washing machine leaks during the wash cycle, check the following:
1.The pump
2.The tub stem & seal
3.Tub to pump hose
4.The drain hose
5.Tub (rusted holes)
6.The drum support bolts

If the washing machine leaks during the spin cycle, check the following:
1.The drain hose
2.The tub cover seal
3.The pump
4.The pump hoses

5.The stem & seal
6.The drum support bolts

Washer leaking water on floor

Hi

The water leaking on floor can be a serious issue as this may cause the inside parts to malfunction or in some cases rusting of the body. To check where exactly it is leaking; inspect the leak while it is running. After the cycle is complete quickly turn off the power, lie down the machine on left/right side and check from where the water is leaking. If it is the hose or drain pump then check whether hose is connected firmly and is not cut. If it not the hose/pump inspect if the leak is on the drum corner or anywhere on the upper side of the drum. If it is on upper side that means the drum is cracked and it is a costly affair. However, if it is leaking from the circumference then it is due to transmission seal. To replace the transmission seal you'll need to disassemble the washer and the drum assembly. Please post back in case of any issues. Hope this helps...

Washer leaking water during wash cycle. Does not

There is a bad seal where the tub mounting with the transmission shaft to cause the leak. It leaks when it tuns. To access this, the agitation fin need to be out so you can see the big nut holding the tube in a place with the shaft. Below this nut is a seal or gasket to prevent the water getting out of the bottom tube. Replace this then you are good . Good luck.

Washer over fills and water comes out the door. Water continues to run even durring the pump out cycle just before the spin cycle

  1. Water inlet valve. It may not be able to shut completely when the electricity to it has been turned off. The valve may leak and drip water into the clothes tub. Water may accumulate substantially and overflow. Remove the washer's cabinet to access it.
  2. Water level switch. This switch senses the water level in the clothes tub. It is usually a diaphragm device with a small clear tube attached between the switch and the bottom of the washer's outer tub. As the water level in the tub increases, the air pressure in the tube increases and activates the switch when the water reaches a certain level. When the switch is obstructed, it cannot tell the water to shut off and the machine overflows.Clear it from any obstruction.
  3. Air-hose. It is connected to the water level switch through a tube. If the tube or hose is cracked or broken, no enough pressure builds up to trigger the switch and shut the water supply off. Check it for any obvious damage.

Water Leaking From Calypso, Won't Drain Completely

the bag type device is an overflow and should never have "water"in it, but it will get suds if you are using the wrong type of soap.
you need to use "HE" soap as it is a non-sudsing soap and thats why you are getting suds leaking from your unit.
just run the rinse and spin cycle until the suds are gone. then use the right type of soap and it will work properly with no leaks.
