That is a yellow ink stick count fault.
Most likely one of the yellow sticks has just gotten twisted in the loader and not advancing. May be cracked or damaged but for some reason not sliding down to the bottom and hitting the sensor.
Check the sticks and if you need to remove them just take a screw, like a drywall screw and twist it into the block to remove it.
If you managed somehow to get a stick in the machine from a different phaser product, it is shaped different and would not actuate the switch at the bottom of the ink loader.

Have you tried disconnecting it from the mains supply for about 15 minuets ..? some times this clears the problem by wiping the memory, but before you reconnect make sure you have ink and paper in the machine.Otherwise contact Canon customer helpline they have someone there who can tell you what error 5B02 actually means ,T.C.
Not sure right now, but it will tell you to turn off and back on. Make sure noone has reinstalled the packing thumb screw in the top left rear side cover. Then to reset fixing error codes like E-000
Press additional functions key
press # key
press + key until the display reads #7
press + key until the display reads #4
press - key for yes
then unplug it wait a couple seconds and plug it back in

To reset error, enter SP mode by pressing: Clear (yellow) button, 1 0 7, and press and hold the Stop (orange) button for 3 seconds then switch off and on the copier.
If the error is still there, please check the following in the fuser unit;
Check and clean or replace the possible defective thermistors or out of position.
