Do you mean blocked or forgot your password?
If you have been blocked (ie: too many failed logins.):
a) wait awhile and try to login again.b) try to reset your password. (see steps below)c) Try the Windows Live Account Help Center at:http://explore.live.com/windows-live-account-help-centerd) when all else fails try calling Microsoft, sometimes companies will reset the password if they think you are really who you claim to be.

If you forgot your password then do the following:
Go to the windows live site. In the sign in section look underneath the login name and password fields and click on the line "Can't access your account?" This takes you to a page that gives you options to regain access to your account.

Try contacting your internet service provider. Your modem seems to be on walled garden status meaning the modem is not authenticating any device.

If you need the master lock code to program your phone, your carrier's customer service can give you that. If you've set a password to lock the phone, and forgot it, there's not much you or anyone else can do.

Click I can't access my account on yahoo mail page.
Select forgot password. If you forgot your password.
Click on Next.
Enter your ID and code shown below.
Then verify your ID and reset your password.
Note make sure you provide the correct details.

Hello please how can i get beack my password

1. pull up browser(ie internet explorer)
2. type 192.168.1.254/setup or http://homeportal/setup in the address field. (click on i forgot my password if you forget it. then if you can't figure out the pw with the hint provided then go click on " i still forgot my password". you can then reset the system password)
3. setup your 2wire 1701 page, double check if key codes are there. it should be 522P-22P4-6262-22AT-F2NV
4. In time zone page, just choose the one then click next.
5. setup connection info page, just make sure the username is your primary email address with your ISP and also the correct password. fill out the username and password and confirm password fields ONLY then click next. And you're DONE!

you just have to wait till it successfully establish a connection.
if you're still having problem after doing that maybe twice or more then i suggest giving your ISP a call. they can also send you the 2wire cd if your ISP supports 2wire modem. AT&T does.
