STYLEMASTER NO. 4213575 REV.D WORKS FINE UNTIL THE SWPIN CYCLE, THEN IT JUST STAYS THERE DOESN'T MOVE THROUGH IT...WILL SPIN AND RINSE FOR HOURS AND HOURS.....

How old is the washer?Sounds old!

If the appliance is 10 years old or more you it may not be advisable to put good money into bad!
New appliances are so much more efficient today that they can save you a lot of money in energy!!!!

SOURCE: fisher paykel will not complete rinse spin cycle

will sence it will spin once the water is out .that must mean your pump is restricted.unplug go to buttom of washer find pump and clean out

Hi. this is a failed timer device. simply replacing the timer control module will eliminate these issues you are having.

SOURCE: Kenmore 80's series top loader only works on wash and rinse cycle

This is a problem with the pump being stuck so the motor cant turn the whole thing. Turn the washer on its side, underneath you can acces the pump, which is connected to the motor by two long clips. remove the pump and take out the colg that caused it to get stuck.

Please check iff the motor speed is good enough. If slow check on the capacitor and replace the capacitor.
If this wont improve then the controller unit is a possible suspect.
Make a diagonistic check on these two sections and the possible answer migh help.
