Question about Watches
In the Spring the time SPRINGS ahead; in the fall the time FALLS back.
You will need to adjust the time on your watch by advancing it forward one hour.
The time will then be set on Daylight Savings Time for your timezone.
For most watches you simply pull the crown out and turn clockwise to advance one hour.
