This could be a hardware issue already but I have here some steps to resolve it but let me set an expectation that there might be a need for you to replace it.Call hp support number 18004746836 and give them the serial number and product number of your printer.They might give you option to enroll you in their loyalty program were you can upgrade your printer at low cost.Just a tip take advantage of it.
