Question about Televison & Video
I had the same problem. i accessed the engineer menu. while the samsung is powered off, you press info, then menu, then mute and then power on. you will get a new menu and from there you pick the option block. here, you have an option for 'shop' mode. disable that. Voila. worked for me. should work for you unless a different problem.

Hi, You cannot exactly reset the whole TV, but you can press the PMode button on your remote control a few times to cycle through all the picture modes (Dynamic, Standard, etc.) in order to factory reset each picture mode.
