Every 5 to 10 minutes convergence cuts in and out. I tried magic focus and doesn't solve the problem. The colors gets out of focus or moves to the right. Then back to normal for 5 to 10 minutes. Could it be my convergence board or do I have to change a simple part? Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you.....

Mean ur tv convergence board it is dead, any codes error at all, mean the tv convergence board have components it is dead and the board it just dosen't conververt it three CRTS tv colors Tubes like R,G,B colors lines yokes anymore.Now.The tv convergence board must have it parts replaced like 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all of it resistors too. After the tv fixed it convergence board, the tv will run the entire Magic Focus function, without any error codes at all.The tvs shops will cost u like $300-350 for parts and labors.
Searches in ur telephone yellow pages call all the big screen tvs shops around tell them u are 100% sure ur tv have a CONVERGENCE PROBLEMS,ask for total cost for parts and labors the tv covergence board repair price? The price awhile back to fix convergence board problems for the DLP TVS was $300-350 for parts and labors.U know basic's electronics and soldering and have all the tools.U can tries Websites like Tvrepairworld.com,Tvrepairkits.com to buy the convergence kit to repair it ur self. The convergence board require changing 2 STK convergence ICS some or all it resistors to solved the Convergence problems.
Unless the CRT gnomes got in there and messed with the FACTORY SET focus adjusment then don't touch them. you'll only make it worse, you need to have the convergence board rebuilt and it should work fine.
Remove Front bottom Panel thier you will see front of convergence board there is a small blue contact switich with TV on press and hold it for 5 sec then you should see convergence Pattern so you can aline convergence correctly I have the whole Manual to tv just have to find it. anyway for now try this.
The convergence ICs and resistors are the most likely things to cause that. You can get the convergence repair kit for the DP14G hitachi( 53UXX10B) at the following link which contains the parts and instructions. http://www.tvrepairkits.net/
Have you checked your convergence board to see if any of the ICs or resistors need replacing?
There's a fairly lengthy thread over at the Digital Home Forum regarding convergence issues w/the Hitachi RPTVs that I've been using for some issues I've encountered.
Take a look at it, may be similar issues encountered there and hopefully w/a solution... -TD
After replacing IC's, double check the solder connections for bridging or no solder on pin(s). Check all bias resistors (low ohmage). Make sure you have your VCC voltage, should have a positive/negitive voltage of about 24 v on each IC and +38v.Also, make sure all cables are plugged in and fully seated
Note: All bias resistors are very low ohms eg; 3.3, 1.8, 2.2 make sure correct value, very important.
If can't adjust still CPU digital convergence board (near ic's) shielded may be defective.
Convergence issues usually resolved by changing convergence output amplifier IC's.....Original STK392-110 should be replaced
with upgrade Stk394-160E Hitachi part # CZ 01341,change both
for reliability.....check B+ feed resistors for over-heating....T.
