Go to the manufacturer's site of your sound card and download the driver from there .
Eventually , if you have difficulties with identifying the sound controller , try using a Driver Wizard such as Free Driver Max from http://download.cnet.com/DriverMax/3000-18513_4-10572602.html or purchase some other one like Driver Detective you can easily find with Google .
Windows could also help : open the Device manager , click on the sound controllers \ driver and go for an update . Windows will search on the net .
