Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
I have many years of experinece with Canon scanners and I think I can help you out.
Your problem is a common one with all canon scanners and its an easy fix. After using the scanner for a period of time the images tend to fill up the memory on the computer. All you need to do is shut down your computer, then turn off your scanner. Turn your scanner back on and then turn your computer back on. That will correct your problem. With canon scanners and if you use it a lot I suggest you do this procedure at least once a day I suggest at the beginning of the day so your scanner will run smoothly for you for you the rest of the day.
If you have any other questions let me know and I hope this helps you out.
