The transit screws are for locking the CD mechanism when it is shipped from the factory. Most of the Car CD players have floating suspension for the CD transport mechanism. This prevents CD skipping when you are traveling off road or when driving on bad roads. The CD mechanism has four shock absorbers or dampers fitted underneath . The Transit screws tighten these dampers and make them stiff ( in other words no soft action ), so if you forget to loosen them and travel through a bad road the CD might skip. On good roads one might not even realize the difference.

SOURCE: what are transit screws for

The transit screws keep the components from moving and getting damaged during moving or shipping. The unit will not operate if these screws are not removed.

How do I remove the Transit Bolts?

Hi,I dont know about AEG but on some of the washing machines that I have done,I found that they are located on the back of the machine, and they just unscrew anti clockwise, and you should have some plastic blanks that go in the holes.
I hope this was some help, all the best.

-Are you talking about screws...? If so. Yes. It's on the back panel cover.

-Transit bolts are the bolts that hole the unit on a box crate only.
-After the unit has been set up. I think it already remove before set up.
.

Good luck

My DVP-CX860 has never opened, only the ON button turns on and nothing else happens, since i bought it. Anybody can help?

Is there a transit screw in the bottom? It (they) need removing.

If you hear a little motor straining to open the tray when the open button is pressed, there is something jamming it. In a new machine, there are usually transit screws.

Read the manual, looking for unpacking instructions.

Make sure that you have removed the transit screws at the rear of the washer, if you have not done so, then do it before you use the washer any more, or you could cause serious damage.
Refer to your instructions on how to do this.

Unable to load library

looks like the error happens when you use a corrupted or bad specific transition in you production. I recommend you update your direct x drivers to the latest, also update your flash to the latest. Then if the problem persists, take the transitions out of your production, and troubleshoot by trying each transition until you find the one that causes the "unable to load library" error. (if the updates dont do it) check your direct x version and tests by running DXDIAG at the start run menu hope that helps you!

Transit brackets

Hiya .. the transit bolts are located under the lid at either side ..or at the rear... they are fairly long bolts which hold the drum and balance in place.. until installation. they will be sheathed in fairly hefty rubber grommets.

Screws for removal of lid located at the rear..2- or 4.. remove these slide lid front to back.. remove bolts if they are they are present... refit lid... note uneven siting of an appliance can cause excessive vibration as well!

Let me know if this sorts your prob
