Question about Computers & Internet
1st go into the control panel and make sure that your printer in completely uninstalled and is not listed. Turn your computer off, connect your printer to the computer and reboot the computer. It should recognize the new device. Usually it will go through the steps of installing the printer. Follow the instuctions on the screen. If you have the software it may ask that you insert it if it doesn't have the correct drivers. If you don't have the software and the drivers are not listed then you will need to go to the manufacturer's website and download the latest driver for your printer and use it for the re-install. If you need more detailed instructions let me know.
