I just purchased a used Samsung Behold . The previous owner forgot to take the screen lock code off. How can I change passcode so I can use phone ?

first of all u need a unlock code

It is possible to get a free unlock code for your Samsung Behold 2 T939 if you call up your phone carrier and request one. If they will not give you one, you will need to use an unlock code generator or possibly pay for one from an online vendor. However you decide to go about getting an your Behold 2’s unlock code you will first need your mobile phone’s IMEI number. Your IMEI number is unique to your Samsung T939 and will be used to directly calculate your unlocking code. You can find your IMEI number simply by typing *#06# and hitting enter.
Once you have an unlock code you can use the free unlock instructions below. If you are looking to unlock the Samsung Behold T919 and not the Behold 2, then go here.
1. Power on your Samsung mobile phone without the SIM card in.

3. Enter your Samsung unlock code

are u asking for the passcode or a pincode since both are different, passcodes are used to connect your phone to another phone or a device via bluetooth.
pin code is a lock code for your phone, which is a security lock preventing others to misuse your phone.. please specify which one u are looking for???

If you can enter *2767*3855# without the simcard then that's the way to unlock and reset it but it will delete all information stored on the phone. Unfortunately, if you won't be able to enter the strings of command completely, then there's no other way to unlock it but to send the phone for repair to Samsung service center.

Dont worry. If you forgot your password for your samsung behold tmobile it is eassy to reset. just follow these steps :
Step 1: Turn your phone off Step 2: press and hold down volume and hold call button and End button if done right you will see a Reset mode pop on your display screen step 3: This picture with icon over a phone pops just Press "MENU" and wait for your phone to boot and then enjoy.
