Question about Plantronics Supra H51-M10 Consumer Headset
One of the specifications for this product is that the microphone has volume controls on it. Try increasing your volume using those controls. They should be located on the receiver. If that doesn't solve the problem, you stated in your request that it was hooked up to your corded phone. Try increasing the volume on your phone and make sure all wired connections on the phone are hooked in properly and are properly secured in their terminals/ports. If that fails, try your amplifier. There could be a wire shortage or bad connection internally within the headset and microphone. I hope increasing the volume or correcting your wire connections will solve your problem. Thanks for choosing FixYa to be your one-stop place for finding solutions. Thank you have a good day!
