are various causes of failure but the checks should be carried out in
this order, you will need a continuity meter or multimeter to
trace continuity from the plug to the switch in the grinder:
If plug is rewireable check for loose screws at plug pin terminals, loose fuses etc.
Wires in power flex breaking, usually at plug or where flex enters machine.Check the continuity from each pin of the plug to the switch in the grinder
Faulty on / off switch or loose spade terminals on switches.
Worn out brushes.
Armature or field coils of motor going open circuit.
