Question about Hotpoint (HSM25IFTSA) Side by Side Refrigerator
Hi if you take off the front kickplate on the left side where the hose goes into the door follow it back towards the first there should be a little connector, where the hose goes in there is a little ring you push in on this ring and pull out on the hose to remove the hose, taket he hose loose and then try the water, if you get water there, you have a frozen line in the door, if you dont its either a bad switch or bad water valve, possibly clogged filter if you have one. I would try the hose first before anything else, past that point let me know if you need further assistance.
