My phone won't stay charged up anymore. Do I just need a new battery?

How old is the phone? If it's old the battery may have failed. Try a new battery. (If it's an Apple iPhone you'll have to return it to Apple for a battery. Most other phone you can replace the batter yourself.)

If your laptop is still under warranty, contact dell and they should be able to fix it free of charge, The same thing happened to my laptop a few years ago and fortunately, it is still under warranty, The fault is the charger itself which dell replaced free of charge.

It is more than likely the rechargeable battery is exhausted and must be replaced.

Your coby is not charging anymore..The battery probably needs to be replaced with a new one..Please check your connection when you charge it..There should be an icon that shows your battery is charging. If it does so that means your coby is charging but your battery cant store the energy anymore.

This battery line indication means the battery don't have enough performance to accept power voltage anymore,better replace a new one,be sure to buy original battery for better performance.

phone have manufacturing problem of battery or so you have to change your phone brand or model

Hi, It sounds like your battery can't hold a charge which is common with rechargeable batteries after a certain amount of time. The only solution to that is to buy a new battery unfortunately.

Bad battery, you can get one pretty cheap off of www.uxcell.com for like 3 or 4 bucks, as far as using a generic charger, I never heard of that before, if you know someone with the same phone, ask yhem to use the battery for a second, and try to charge your phone.
